HPR B20B + JUN Intake Completed

Still in the constant search for power, we have decided to install a JUN intake Manifold onto this car.

this car has perviously made 206hp atw on our dyno at a ramp rate of 150

We would love to see if this car could make more with a JUN Intake Manifold.

so off with the old manifold and on with the new

We took the Manifold off to make way for the new JUN INTAKE MANIFOLD.

Adrian had to modify the JUN Manifold welding aluminium speedflow fittings to allow the exisitng fittings to work.

we covered up the manifold so that it did not scratch, we also fitted the sard fuel rail and injectors on to the manifold.

The hardest part of this installation is getting a Throttle body that will work with this Manifold, we chose to use a Pulsar sr20ve Throttlebody due to the size and we know that it will bolt on to this Manifold…

The problem is Finding one!!

after 3 wrong Throttlebodys i finally found and airshipped 1 from america, apprently theses TBs only come on a limited edition N1 Pulsar and only 500 of them were ever made..

we next started to fabricate the intake pipe and throttle cable bracket.
